They're made for 10mm collars, the narrow size worn by small dogs, young puppies and cats. Measure your collar across its width before you order. If it's 10mm, you're set.
Do the letters replace my dog's ID tag?
No. In Ireland and the UK a dog has to wear a tag with the owner's name and address. The letters show your pet's name and sit alongside that tag, not instead of it.
What are the letters made of?
Silver-tone metal set with clear diamante stones. Each letter weighs about 5g and sits flat on the collar.
How do I put them on?
Unbuckle the collar, slide each letter on in the right order, then buckle it back up. No tools needed.
Can I use the same letter twice?
Yes. Type the name exactly as it's spelled and we add the right number of each letter. BELLA gets two Ls.
How do the free letters work?
Spell 5 letters and 1 is free. Spell 6 or 7 and 2 are free. Spell 8 or more and 3 are free. It comes off automatically in your cart, no code needed.
Can I order names for more than one pet?
Yes. Add each name on its own. Every letter in your cart counts toward your free letters, so two short names can unlock free letters together.
Can I add numbers, spaces or symbols?
Letters A to Z only for now. If you type a space or a symbol we simply skip it.
Will the letters slide around?
They're sized for 10mm straps, so they sit snugly on a 10mm collar. On a thinner strap they can move.
